Inspection Services – All inspections come with photographic and written report as per AS3660.2-2017, which will be emailed.

A visual, non-invasive inspection, recommended at least annually as per AS3660.2-2017. Your timber pest inspection also includes free treatment of up to 6 termite ground nests on your property. Prices start from $245.
The invasive termite inspection may include drilling into walls and inspecting with borescope, physical removal of gyprock and wall linings, removal of roof insulation and sarking and breaking into structural timbers. We recommend a licenced builder or suitably qualified tradesman is present to remove, replace, repair any items required following inspection. This service is usually carried out on location of suspect or active termites or at the completion of a termite treatment to ensure no further activity. Inspection costs do not include any replacement or repairs of removed or damaged materials.

Individual Services
An inspection to the roof cavity and building will be carried out to identify access points and a quote for repairs will be issued if possible. Larger works will be referred to one of our great local builders that carry out work for our customers. Your rodent warranty includes removal of deceased animals should they pass in your roof or gardens.
The rodent service also includes 4x locked bait stations installed to the most likely problem areas after our assessment.

Termite Management & Treatments
Treatments to buildings vary and need to be tailored to suit the individual situation, however all need to be commenced with a Timber Pest Inspection. The cost of inspection will be deducted from the cost of treatment.
We can manage both installation and replenishment of Termite Reticulation Systems, as well as Chemical Barriers to existing structures. We also offer proactive a Termite Baiting Installation Services.
